Buyers typically perform a final walk-through the day before or the day of closing to confirm the property’s condition matches the agreement and no items have been left behind.

After closing, we’ll provide a list of contacts to help you cancel services and utilities.

Be Prepared

Unexpected issues can arise. If a loan delay or last-minute repair occurs, we’ve handled these glitches before and will guide you to resolution quickly and calmly.

Closing

At settlement you, the buyer, and the closing agent sign the final documents. If you cannot attend, arrangements can be made in advance. Proceeds can be wired or delivered by check. Provide keys and relevant property information to the buyer at closing. Once signed, the property is officially sold.
