Origin Story

Our roots originate with Michelle, whose experience shaped our approach. Michelle brings more than 20 years of experience in property management. She began her career in Georgia as a military spouse, earned her real estate license in 2008, and accepted her first property manager position in 2010. After relocating to Colorado in 2013, she expanded her focus to include real estate sales while continuing to grow a robust property management business. Michelle’s personal experience relocating as a military spouse—and raising two children through multiple cross-country moves—instilled a deep commitment to helping military families find homes and build community.
