Final Walk-Through Inspection
The final walk-through confirms the property’s condition and that agreed repairs are complete and the seller’s belongings are removed. This usually occurs the day before or the day of closing.
Closing
At closing you’ll sign loan documents, deposit down payment and closing costs to escrow, and finalize the settlement statement. Funds can be delivered by certified check or electronic wire. After the deed is recorded at the County Recorder’s office, ownership transfers to you.
